Who we are
FreelancerPortal.net is operated by Innovations and More Ltd. It is used to receive and assess applications for a freelance sales and marketing role promoting OnlinePortfolios.net.

What we collect
- Your name and email address. Submitting the form does not verify that you control the email address.
- A password, stored only as a hash so you can sign in. The password itself is not stored.
- Your LinkedIn profile URL.
- Your CV, which must be a PDF.
- The time you accepted this notice, the notice version, your IP address, and your browser’s user agent. These are kept as the record of that acceptance.
- Application status and internal review notes written by authorised administrators.
- Whether the application emails were sent or failed, so a failed notification can be investigated.
The password is used only so you can sign in and see your own application. We do not collect payment card details, and we do not take a fee to apply.
Why we use it
We use this information to receive your application, read your CV, open the LinkedIn profile you provided, decide whether to shortlist, reject, or accept the application, and send the application emails described on the form. Administrators use the same information for that review.
The CV is stored outside the public website files where the host allows it, and it is downloaded only by an authorised administrator. It is not given a public web address.
Who processes it
Innovations and More Ltd decides why this application data is used. The website host stores the site and the CV files. The configured email provider delivers the application emails. If this site is deployed on Hostinger and uses Hostinger email, those services process the data in order to host the site and send the messages. The actual provider is the one named in the server configuration. We do not sell application data.
How long we keep it
A retention period has not been finalised. Until Innovations and More Ltd sets one, applications and CVs are held so the application can be assessed and a recruitment decision recorded. Do not launch this site until that period has been decided and this notice has been updated.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your application data, and you can complain to a data protection authority. Contact admin@innovationsandmore.com and quote your application reference. We will need to confirm that the request relates to your application before we release or delete it.

The application form uses a first-party session cookie so the form can be checked and a repeated submission can be recognised. Details are on the cookie page.
